before anyone starts yes i could have searched but meh..
any ways the ol nc is using around 20 litres per 100ks on the trip meter..i just filled her after 100ks driving and it took around 18lts..
i havent wrung its neck,i live in a country type town with no big traffic issues.it doesnt smell fummy.the car has 152,000ks.the car has plenty of power nad runs well
i have..
changed plugs
changed leads
replaced missing BAP sensor with ef map
serviced
added injector cleaner..

ANY IDEAS GUYS???

might be a leak in a feul line somewhere my mates au xr8 was using s**t loads when he first got it till he parked in my wet drive way one day and we seen a rainbow off colours on the ground it was spraying out the filter inlet flange some one cross threaded it when doing a servise..

possibly the oxygen sensor needs replacing? seems to be a recurring problem on e-series.
