They may be hand built but they're not meticulously blueprinted or assembled. IMO they should have been put together a lot better. Do the factory windsors that a1 have pulled apart have a oil pump gasket between the block and pump? I read an article in a mag about a rebuild on an au xr8 ute and they mentioned the oil pump gasket,or the lack of it. Is this correct?

My Xr8's engine was built by Tong Lam as well. Maybe we should start an appreciation society or something?
