I have an EF Series 1 XR8 which is hard to start. i have to depress the pedel slightly to get it to go. and when it starts sometimes i get the indicators flashing as they would if i had my hazards on.

only flashes a few times then goes away.
I have cleaned out the thottle body and the car runs fine apart from the starting. idles well seems to go quite well.

Any help would be greatly appresiated. Thanks

Hey mate have you taken it to a garage because you shouldnt need to touch the go pedal while you turn the engine and if the hazard lights come on maybe thats the computer telling you theres a problem when you try to start the car, sort of a warning signal. Just a thought mate :D
