On my eb xr8 the solenoid thats on my isc does nothing when firing or just with power on would this be a reason why the car won't start and run, i checked the wires and only 1 has power and i used a multi meter on the solenoid for resistance and nutta not a thing. would that effect the car starting, is it the same on a thermo quad carby on the XBs and XCs

ISC just allows air past the throttle blade when its shut. If you can get it idling with the throttle open a bit, then its probably at fault.
