At the moment its standard with 3"zorst, extractors but it is running a 100Hp approximate Nitrous shot.
Where sould i be looking for a decent lumpy cam? how much?
and i spose i ask how hard is it on the 8's to change the cam?

Changing the cam without changing anything else is a bit of a waste at the stage you're at nitroxr.
When you consider your heads and intake are the biggest corks in the system. If you don't want to change those pieces yet you should consider some of the basics like;
65mm t-body
Cold air kit
Underdrive pulleys

The stock cam is actually quite good and an easy way to up the performance is to use 1.7 roller rockers. The Ford Racing Cobra 1.7 bolt on rockers are just the shot. These, like the U/D pulleys will pick up the torque and hp right across the rev range.
