hello again i got around to running the engine running test and i got back 2 error codes

172 System always lean HO2S(1) The engine is always running lean (V8)

176 System always lean HO2S(2) The engine is always running lean (V8) Can be caused by a faulty sensor, cold sensor, or exhaust manifold leak

could this possibly be a bad maf sensor? im unsure of what to look at first things ive changed myself are the coil, cap/rotor, leads/plugs, o2 sensors with vdo ones. would my extractors be causing these codes? :/

Could be caused by all of those things and more.
Try a known good MAF on there. Check your HEGO ground and also check your block ground to the battery negative. Could also be your fuel pump and/or filter.
For lean running your ACT or ECT would be reading hot.
Headers are unlikely to cause this problem except if they are leaky.

No worries,
Disconnect your battery for awhile to clear KAM as well Damian.
Be surprised if it's just the fuel filter but hopefully it is.
