Hey looking at picking up a GT40 intake manifold complete with stock t/b from the US and just wanting to know if there is much work involved in getting the t/b to fit or am I better off getting an AU xr8 one.

Bolt straight up, just need to change the throttle cable bracket. as ours are on the opposite side. I fixed mine with a replacement holley pivot pin for $15. All good

Just be aware of the throttle cable bracket mount, they can cause PITA issues on these.
If you can use your original or an AU EGR spacer you'll be fine, or just fit a 70mm Tickford T/B and do away with the EGR spacer all together. Jeff
