are those TB the EFI hardwhare ones?
if so, how did you find quality and what are they like to deal with.
been looking at thier gear for a while, to use on a 4cyl.

nah not efi hardware i got them from http://www.webercarburetors.com/
the quality is fine, and theyre pretty good to deal with, i ordered over email, and apart from UPS making it a huge mess of it (wasnt the suppliers fault) it was all pretty good.

bloody hell....... so much for the gutless eseries V8's..... great work!!!

You should offer this as some sort of drive in drive out package........ im sure theres alot people sick of being on par performance wise with a mild inline 6 !!!!

well i was sick of being beaten by one of our cammed cars :)

Nice work man. Very nice work. Will i see you at the track this wednesday if the weather holds. Also, did the stock rails fit, or did you need to make custom fuel rails. I am chasing a set so i can get my new Nitrous system installed, but not looking at paying stupid money for them

brett my fuel rails are all different now, are you after a stock set or a custom set? my stock set is a little butchered... hopefully if the weather holds and i can escape work early enough ill see you down at wsid.

jasonk its in an EL ghia, BTR4spd
any questions for the ms just ask i know how it hooks up but i didnt actually build the unit itself..
everythings in my car still works except the trip computer, but this is due t o the fact that im no longer running a maf sensor.. i do believe that i know how to get it working again but am yet to try.

mitch

just got back from the track..
unfortunately only got 2 runs due to rain but im pretty happy with my results

first run was a 14.154 @ 103.33 with a 2.354 60'
second was a 13.948 @ 104.52 with a 2.314 60

remembering that the car is running a stock gearbox with a stock converter im very happy.. that was also run in full street trim full tank of fuel on my 17's @ 35odd psi

im currently looking into a histall (3000rpm ish) which i think wil help alot, i also have a set of MT ET streets to go on next time :)

the goal for the nigh was 13's and i got it :)

Very impressive times mate, great MPH also. Definatly work to be had in the 60ft, nice stall will bring that down to around 2.1 with the right tyres, i reckon that'll send it on its way to about a 13.6 at the same MPH.

I'm running the same 60ft's in mine with a best ever of 2.294 on street tyres. Also looking at getting a set of Hoosier Street slicks, should hook up abit better, feel sorry for the T5 though

Yeah mate, gotte love it when you get into the 13's, great feeling :D Well Done!!!!

Thats good top end you have their mate. What gear was the dyno tuning done in? You only ran it to 140 km which tells me it was done in second?

I bet there's alot more left in it, scarey stuff.
