did you remove the engine ecu altogether? theres nothing going between the trans computer and the megasquirt.. left it all stock. i still run the stock ecu to control the dash aircon thermo fans etc. i had to give the stock ecu a fake PIP signal so it believed the car was running otherwise it wouldnt engage the thermo fans or the aircon. as for updates, i just finished putting her back together this evening. i changed the fuel injector positioning to the centre of the manifold (ie now shooting into the port rather than onto the port wall) i should have done it this way when i first built it. the difference is amazing, much smoother more bottom end, different exhaust note and just generally much easier to drive. ill put photos up tomorrow -mitch

Sounding good mate. I think she could get close to that extra 30rwhp your chasing. Especially imagining what strong top end it'd have with that intake and TFS2 cam.
What revs were hitting peak power at? Keep up the good work mate, cant wait to see some new times.

the dyno i was on didnt have an rpm readout.. i know the power starts to fall off at 6250 as it runs out of cam,, not sure on peak@rpm tho.
Ill have to throw it on another dyno for a quick power run just for s**t n giggles. times will come asap but i start a new job later today which is evening shift. Its gonna make getting down to the drags a little difficult.. -mitch
