Awesome time for those few mods, the 3.9 gears must really help out down the 1/4 mile.

well i was happy coz i managed to get better times than all the ba turbos
and i forgot to mention that was with all my stereo and everything in so its a true street time not like all those who rip half their car out to shed some kilos.
14.9 form an xr6 is quick for not being opened
is it manual?

umm around 2k i think or lower

and i had dropped the pressure in the rears as well!

took me a good 12 runs to pull that time and it was during a nice sunny day not at night time!

They're fantastic times. Those series 3 engines have got the goods huh?

Anyone got a rough idea what a stock S3Xr8 does?

no just the stock cam, it was my old au futura that i put the cam in. although i will be upgrading the cam once i stroke it.
i havent seen many au xr8's go down the quarter mile before so im not sure i think the stock manual they got a mid 14 out of in motor.
