hey all, i have a mate thats got a NC II Fairlane with 302W.
our question is, on the inlet side of things, air goes through the airbox and then thru the plastic pipe - what does that smaller black plastic pipe do? The one the sticks off the side, to the side / top of the suspension tower? reason being, it doesnt go anywhere, nor does it have any wires or nothing sticking outa it.. we is a lil intrguied by its purpose i guess. ideas appreciated also, he thinks that hes got a NC Concord - what is it that went into the NC to give it "Concord" status? (only 90 nc concords where made or something?) thankin yaz muchly

Its called an intake resonator, it's mainly designed to quieten down the induction roar but it also helps slightly with throttle response.
