Actually i like the look of it if i won lotto id consider buying 1 8-) .

I read in 1 of the mags that after the limited editions have been sold that they would offer up other falcons with the same specs which is a pitty realy as it would take the exclusiveness away from it.

My lotto is in for the week end :D

Would love to buy one..

What mag did you see the write up in, as I have not seen it in any of the mags except a small 1/4 page thing in the performance ford mag, which got me looking for it on the net.

Wonder if I could go down to my ford dealer and see one there, or are they sold out or special order only???

Out tomorrow anyway, so might stop into peter warren ford to have a look, would love to see a real one, could not find any interior photos anywhere, but still looking.......

Not many opinons on this one....

Was surprised it had not come up earlier, or do people just try to ignore it cause it is out of price range 8-)

Its a bit out of my range but would buy one if the cash became available

True, but that didn't seem to harm the Cobra's appeal when they did that back in the late 70's. Why do you think marketing (in any company) does these special models?

Still undecided.

Just looks like a gtp with stripes down the centre. I reckon it looks good but imagine owning one and a bf xr8 pulls up alongside with a set of stripes down the centre. I think it probably needs a one off colour to gain a limited one off status.

I know someone who claims he has ordered one. I wouldn't complain about owning one, don't think I would fork out the cash for it new. Too many other cars in that price range that would appeal a lot more to me (not necessarily Fords).

Went to ford dealer today (peter warren Liverpool) all are sold out!!!!

Deposits have been taken , he said he might be able to find one in country areas if I was lucky, they are a bargain at $65000, because a gt optioned up to the same spec but still not limited production is well past $70000. as this car has everything, fitted that the gtp has plus more like the r pack suspension custom 19"rims etc etc, and the dealer said he has already had inquiries from people trying to buy the car off people who put the deposit on one for more money, and the cars have not even been made yet

He recons if you got your deposit on one, be happy cause you can make 10k by reselling it this week, why do I never have the cash for this sort of stuff, all it took was $1000 to secure a car

just looks like a black gt to me. with same options as gtp. with same power as gt and gtp.
really the only difference i can see is the specific side stripes.....sorry for my negativity, but i would just go buy a gt which has the same specs anyway except for the suspension which everyeon upgrades anyways

my 0.02c
