Yeah my bad, the PH 4001's are the AU, and they won't fit into the e-series because of the steering knuckle..
Bob Ramano in QLD told me to get the PACEMAKER Tri-y's!!! PH 4000 for the GT40P's,
as i bought the heads off him about 3 years ago.

millard455 is correct it is a b**ch to change plugs on them!!.
you just need to get plug leads with a 90 degree boot on them.
Or you can just turn the standard 2 and 5 leads around to get you outa trouble?! (hope that makes sense!?)

Sorry milo302 when you said about the tri-y's i thoght you ment PACEMAKER's!!.
was on differant wave length!!! Sorry.

sorry to drag this out more - i'm new to the v8 falcon scene and there's lots of posts in here with info. Just to confirm what the general consensus is:

The Pacemaker PH4000 extractors will fit the e-series with GT40p heads using plug leads with a 90 degree boot on them? (ie. these extractors: http://www.bestmufflers.com/bshop/produ ... 7d07c3c026)

Or the Advance Headers for the e-series will fit straight on to the GT40p heads such as these http://www.bestmufflers.com/bshop/produ ... 7d07c3c026

is this correct?

Thanks!

I have those advance headers, the amount of clearance for the plugs is a godsend!
