Im aware both are needed for emissions/rwc, etc and there function...howevever...

The pcv, if removed, blocked or replaced with breather, will this have any negative effects, even only if short term?

If done properly, what negative effects, besides economy, would egr delete have?
My intakes full of crud/carbon...

Or, what would be causing this to happen, do I have bigger problems?
My pcv keeps blowing out, or atleast doesnt fit in snug in the 1st place either...
(new grommet, I know, but besides that...)

Im not worried about legality, only engine performance/drivability/etc...

Its a 95 xr8. 180k on odo.

EGR you can delete. Just leave the EVR and EVP plugged in. Or turn off EGR using a 1/4 horse.
PCV you shouldn't. It's better to get a good quality oil separator system to go inline. You can also make one....
