my mech gave it an injector and inlet clean not long ago, but ill give it a clean tomoz... no harm in doing it anyway...

Have you tried Oxy sensor and cleaned the MAF yet before doing that? Having injectors removed and cleaned aint exactly that cheap.
I don't mean to be a little rude, but it seems you came on here asking for advice and nearly everyone has said MAF or oxy but you seem to be ignoring this and getting your injectors cleaned? Wouldn't be the first time a mechanic has been wrong. Best of luck regardless and let us know how it goes!
