I would like to buy a few bits for my BA GT to improve performance but I dont want to waste my money. There are a lot of things you can do but where do you start ??? On a budget as well.
Do these helix spacers actually do much , and phenolic spacer what do they do. I have K&N air filter fitted and cold air intake on the way but that is it , car is stock. Are all the claims made by companies of improved rwkw when using all these parts as good as they say or not. Any advice will be good.

cam it up and get a decent set of extractors and twin 2 3/4 exhaust and a nice tune should get it going well

Don't waste your time/money on those two.

Bang for buck mods on a GT...

1. intake (get a Blue Power cold air intake)
2. exhaust (DiFilipo 'Big Boy' system, extractors, high flow cats dual 3")
3. tune
4. shorter diff

After that it starts getting expensive for little gains.

Don't forget Billet oil pump gears and some under drives

They're pretty big $ for little gain, but when added to a built engine and/or forced induction are essential.
