EL Fairmont Ghia 5ltr,

No brake lights, not globes, and not fuses below steering wheel - any ideas?

Recently replaces earths from the battery and created new earths to both strut towers,

Recently disconnected battery for 20 minutes to reset ECU after replacing MAF.

Parkers work, indicators work, headlights work,

all 3 (2 sides plus bottom of rear window) aren't working.

Hoping to have it fixed tonight for the VSS mini.

Appreciate any help!

Shame, wanted to show off my new found power with the new MAF

not a hard thing to do, pick one up tomorrow, 30 minute job for someone who hasnt done one before, I'd say that'd definately be your problem, they are pretty common on the EF/ELs.
