I'll send you diagrams for installing thermatic control once I've installed & tested mine.

It uses the Davies Craig thermal switch installed in the top radiator hose and two relays one for each fan plus another relay of AIR CON.

Simple to make at a cost of around $90.00.

If the Davies Craig thermal switch gives me trouble then I will drill a hole into thermostat housing and fit a temp switch (85C - 92c) to switch relays.

You can't buy those special spanners to take off clutch fans (from what I have heard), so we just made one up ourselves

I avoid traffic & lights like my life depended upon it (just a personal quirk), so they don't get much use. I just use a switch on the dash & a relay. I kept blowin 30 amp relays so ive now gone up to a 40 amp with no problems so far.

Ha I have gone threw about 10 fuses & yes get the tool to remove the fan
