My system is:
Oil and Filter every 5k Air Filter/Fuel Filter, Plugs and Rotate Tires every 10k Gearbox/Diff oils every 20k Coolant (inhibitor) and brake fluid yearly.

yeh sweet thanks mate i also heard something about fuel and air mixtures but guess that would be out the window with the cold air intake.

no need to worry about fuel and air mixtures. ecu takes care of all that. there are a range of sensors that feed info to the ecu so even if you upgrade the intake and exhaust the ecu will 'learn' and keep afr's at an acceptible level.
these can be fine tuned by purchasing a capa flash tuner. highly recommended. will also get rid of that pesky fuel/spark cut style limiter and allow it to bounce off it instead, keeping the revs up as it changes gears. don't worry about plugs every 10k unless they are non standard. from factory they run an iridium plug which is a long life plug. most manufacturers of iridium/platinum plugs claim around 100 000km lifespan. otherwise keep doing what you're doing.
