The cam im looking at is- dur@50 276in 276ex

I've just been going through the same process and we had this discussion (ford-v8-f2/5l-cam-s-t75871.html) regarding it. have a read through, I would imagine most of the cams suggested in there would be suitable for you too.

The e303 cam would be a good choice depending on what your after though. Are you still running stock intake and heads? Will make a fair improvement if you have your standard E7 heads ported, or get some GT40p heads as they flow better than the e7 heads and get an explorer manifold (unless you have them on already)

standard intake,E7 heads,55mm maf,cam & chip,pacemakers,3'' exhaust,k&n,huge cold air intake, 5 spd..230rwhp.

I've got a au maf on it now, buying explorer manifold this week and im looking for gt40p heads or buying alloys and maybe a 50 shot of nos for burnout comps. When i pull the motor will check the numbers on the cam that is in it now

Sounds like you've got it all sorted  . The 50 shot will defiantely come in handy when you need it

The GT40p heads and explorer should give you a bit more of an increase seeing as you already have a cam. The e7's are pretty restrictive so the GT40p's will give you more flow

There's no "probably" about it....it would be completely useless in your engine!

Have you got an Explorer manifold lined up?
If not i'll have an AU 220kw one up for sale soon.
