what spark plugs do you guys with au's / other with the gt40ps run on your e series, and what gap

I use stock replacement iridium plugs gapped to around 35 thou

Use the iridiums if your extractors make changing the plugs a prick.
Because the plugs are fairly easy to do on the AU's I just use a standard plug.
I cant think of the plug number but it is what the Supercharged V6 commodores run.
$3 each versus $24 each makes me happy.

yea with the extractors i have 3 of the 8 are a cu*t and a half to get out, need the spanner on the spark plug socket

i use to run a j3 chip on it, and i had a few issues with running rich etc etc, so would rather use the ngk cheapies and change them every 10,000km then use iridums

picked up some ngk bprs*** fitted them and the car goes much better
