what would be the best plugs for the old girl? specs in my sig. eb xr8

I run NGK iridium spark plugs gapped to 1.00mm. Checked them after 3000k's and absolutely no fouling whatsoever. Engine pulls cleanly through the rev range, idle is smooth as well.

I chose them due to the extended lifespan and the reduced need to remove & clean them. I am happy with their performance.

you can use NGK BPR5FS-15, Bosch HR9BPY, HR9BCY+, 2 sets of Bosch F9-4 (expensive!!), or Motorcraft T16PRU15.
