IIRC SVO just used the USA ford power package which had GTT40Y heads. They aren't bad heads, overall pretty similar performance to the cast GT40P's used in the AU V8's.
Technical specs are: 356-T6 alloy castings (22lb per head, 25lb lighter than cast GT40's) 1.94/1.54" stainless GT40 valves Intake volume 160cc exhaust 53cc 64cc combustion chambers Max inlet flow of 213cfm @ 500th lift, exhaust 137cfm @ 400th lift |

The SVO alloy heads were available on some of the T-series. They were more commonly known as GT40X.
As EDXR8 says, they are similar to the GT40P's as used in the 220kw eng in the AU's.

GT40Y's were used, not X's. The GT40X heads are the next step up in the Ford range with much better flow, similar to aftermarket brands such as AFR and Trickflow. |
