umm went to a auto elec and payed them to do it i wouldnt no how to do it???

how much did the auto spark's charge ya to instal em, thinking bout doign the same thing on mine. Does ur have like a copper sender unit thingy in ur top hose?

i t was around 180 because they used all craig davies stuff and relays

Hey EBTS,

If you let me know your EEC catch code you may be able to use TwEECer to recal your engine properly as well as turn on thermofan control which your EEC already has built in....no more davies craig oven switch rubbish.
You just wire up pin 41 of the EEC to control your thermofan relay.

What is a catch code?

I am about to install thermo fans and would be interested in this method.

It appears he has a distributor so he's running the EB EECIV Ben.
The catch code is the 4 character code on the label on the EEC connector.
There are many different codes ie: 1DEB,1DEC,2DDA,2DCA,3DEA,1DFA,1DGA.....and the list goes on.
The catch code also appeared on a small white sticker on the top of the left shock tower. Most have deteriorated to the point they are unreadable these days though.
