went to go chuck on the Au T/b, and found that the tps is different to the old one. basically the holes dont line up, the new holes on t/b are wider apart. you can just see hole in picture under tps.

can i get a another tps? that will fit? obvioulsy the AU one will, but what about the wiring side of things? same plugs? or a slight re-wire?

cheers

Ben

I did one just last night. Open the holes in your current TPS's up until the hole almost breaks through the outer edge. I used a drill, then a carbide burr in my die grinder. This let me "move" the holes exactly where I needed them to be, and lets you make the holes oval shaped to adjust TPS voltage if necessary. You also need to shorten the throttle shaft a few mm's - just mask it off and use an angle grinder.

The total job took about 15 minutes

good luck
