Getting a bad rattle on start up most likely due to the chain tensioners and guides being worn
Any else had this and what did it cost to get fixed

Common fault on the 5.4 Boss. It's not a cheap job because the parts are not cheap (I know this, work in auto parts), and the job will take all day for a workshop to do.

Find some reputable workshops in your area and ring them for quotes.
