Put a 351 Windsor in it.

He he yeah I wouldn't mind but, I better not....It's going to have to stay with this engine. I know how to get near on 400hp at the wheels along with good torque gains with just bolt ons and when the time comes the Eaton will wipe out any low end torque blues and plenty of tyres too
As for the handling I find it more controlled than the turbo which was kind of twitchy in comparison and that's even with it's bumpsteer problem it has at the moment. The Alignment was way out(even after the dealer "wheel aligned" it!?) and it's much better now that my mate Carl aligned it properly but I still think there's something wrong like a tie rod end or ball joint? The funny thing is the dealer reckons it's been lowered and that's what's causing it but Ive had look at the springs and they are std Ford jobs and I can see it's the same height as Bazzas' GT. Besides we lowered the Turbo more than that and it had no trouble.

Pete.

Done a few little things...
Chucked the plastic heat trap from the intake.
Fitted Helix plate, oil separator and GT40 coil covers.

Did the helix spacer do anything?

Where'd you source the coil covers?

Helix spacer; makes a slight whistling sound at light load and feels slightly torquier from idle-3.5 grand but otherwise I can't tell the difference.
Coil covers from Ford racing in the U.S.
Just put on underdrives; This I can feel everywhere...it actually feels like ive gone to 3.7 gears. It revs much quicker yet you don't feel the need to rev it up to over 4000 to really get moving...I can tell it's going to f**k up the clutch, in fact I think it may already be slipping.

be careful not to let the clutch slip too much hey
ive seen plenty of falcons overheat the flywheel/clutchs and months after bing overheated they crack while driving and cause monstress damage to gearbox, engine block and firewall/dash

I like your number plate, is it custom/personalised ?
Or was it just sheer luck ?

Yep Jagga,
It's something Bazza has been working on for a while. I like the fact that it uses PCMX software which I have been using for years.
Looks like I'll be needing a new clutch first though.
