hi all, this has probally been asked a million times but i can't find anywhere. Are the injected 5ltr windsors the same pattern as the 351 windsors, and are there any other motors that share the same pattern(like the 428). Im asking because dellow make a kit to put the injected motor into a patrol and i want a little extra balls. Thanks andrew.

All smallblocks share the same pattern(except very early 5 bolt 260's/289's).
So any cleveland or windsor has the same pattern. btw I'm putting an EFI 351w in my range rover. |

And EVL098 what parts of the dellow kit did you find not up to scratch whats the quality of the bellhousing like and is it only made to fit windsor parts i.e. Starter, clutch, flywheel ect. Thanks andrew.

no wuckers.
There are 157T and 164T flywheels. All engines are 28oz imbalance except '82-up 5.0L which are 50oz. So whatever flywheel you use it must match the balancer and the crank. Obviously the bell for a 157T flywheel is smaller than one for 164T flywheel. The easy way around the imbalance issue is to use a 351 because they're all 28oz. |
