leave all the bolts on, but loose and put a long screwdriver between the nuts and the centre to lock the pully then crack the last nut. This is how i get one off.

AAHHAAA!!! s**t why didnt I think of that Thanks mate greatly appreciated! But another question - how do I tighten the last bolt? Or are 3 tight bolts and one "as tight as I can get it" bolt good enough? Its just stock and doesnt get hammered or anything . . .

Its just stock and doesnt get hammered or anything . . . same way. lock the pulley with a screwdriver and you can tighten all four bolts equally. I assume you mean when you put the pulley back on?
