The burnout car in Perth is using a supercharged 308 Holden.

If you are keen to put some more horsepower in the thing a S/charged V6 out of a VS onwards Commo would be the best fit. Seen several done and they go like a shower of s**t.

At the end of the day though its still a 2 door Pigma :P

A $600 1UZ and auto would be a better fit...
Or $1600 front cut...Just to keep wire loom , ecu etc...

for teh conversion the firewall will need to be moved back and the trans tunnel enlarged
also the front suspension and whole car chassis will need strengthing to allow for the wieght and power of the v8

it has been done a few times, saw one in perth at wanneroo yrs back was tight as!

the SM car was regoed as well and was a super sleeper even had facotyr vension blinds
cheers mate!! its getting a well worked 351c/C4 (stage 2 shift kit !)or power glide? i got both! /and my 31 spline 9"!! the driveline is all ford!!!! im only using the sigma coz its my girls old car and id rather do this to it then have it turned into 3 exel's! lol

How are you going to get it legal for the road? Or is it going to be a drag car or going to be used as a burnout car only? Im pretty sure u will have a hard time getting it reg in nsw...Vito.

i have seen a 351c powered sigma, it was built years ago by a mechanic in Padstow (whose name i have forgotten) and was legally registered (it was years ago) and it actually fitted quite well, quite a good sleeper.

ELGT might remember who it was, the guy down the far end of gow st???? blue one complete with venitions in the back.

apart from front suspension none of that needs to be done, just needs a slight hammering around the trans tunnel opening and thats it

theres more room in a Sigma bay than there is in a falcon
