Nope,
all that will tell you is the model of the car it came out of. To tell the differance between a 351 and a 302 you really need to (1.) check the stroke length or (2.) pull the sump and look at the crank. These motors are that old now that that it may have started as a 302 and been retro fitted with the 351 crank and rods or vice versa. Shane

Again, the last cleveland left the factory in 1983 so they are 22+ years old. The heads may have been changed - I have 302 heads on 2 of my 351's. If you put the wire down to the piston - find top dead centre and the rotate it - this will shoot the length of wire up and you can measure the differential of the wire length to determine the stroke. 3.5" = 351.

thats a 6cyl not a V8
6cyl ends in C V8 ends in K to find out the size of 3.3 or 4.1 take the fuel pump off and you can read it on the crank. |

just a quick guess, it came out of a gl or falc 500, thats the 23, was built at broadmedows , thats the jg and would be round about a xb,c or d. I know this cause my xd6 was jg23ye, and yes the c confirms it was a 6
