does anyone know what size air filter or what type of air filter will fit onto a themaquad carby?

i just need to know what kind and i just specify what hiehgt i want i thnk? is that right?

Do you mean the hole in the middle of the airfilter assembly/housing???
If so, its the same as a Holley. about 5".

the srry, the housing
are you sure its the same as a holley?
roughly what are they worth, like a chrome one?
couple hundred for a good one?

Ford were using Holley's as std equipment back in the 60's and early 70's.
I used a Ford V8 air filter housing ( complete with extra snorkel on the other side) on a 351C with a 650 Holley on it. No probs.

Why do people say the XY GTHO had a 780 Holley on them????

Other Yank fords had Holleys as std equipment.
