Clockwise or anti clockwise? Dizzy cap has no markings aside from number 1. If I know which way it turns I can go off the firing order. Cheers guys.

You could answer your own question quicker than posting the question here by taking the cap off and cranking it....

on i6 firing order is written on the manifold... 1,5,3,6,2,4 IIRC... not sure what the order on the v8 is but it would be in the owners manual...
Cheers, Tim

You really need to take your hand off it mate, your posts all over the forum are just wank. {USERNAME} wrote: You could answer your own question quicker than posting the question here by taking the cap off and cranking it.... Thanks to you as well . Was there a point in posting that? FYI the motor had no crank pulley, no dizzy etc. I asked for help, I didn't ask for d***head responses. Thanks to everyone else, got it all figured out. |

Thanks to everyone else, got it all figured out. The point to posting that was to tell you the answer to what you asked. Your original post didn't say that you had no crank pulley or dizzy. Reread what you originally posted - my answer was correct to the question you posted. It was not intended to be smart a*** or d**k headed - just a straight, obvious answer. Maybe next time you need to ask a question include ALL the relevant information.

Edit: Not going to argue mate. You obviously believe it was helpful.

I have to agree with 247, both responses came across less than appropriate. A straightforward answer would have been much better, like XAFalcon.
