Hey guys

im sure there is a thread out there but I couldnt find anything helpful yet (maybe not looking hard enough)

But I was hoping to find out what Cam upgrades people have gotten in the windsor engine,

my car is a little stock atm but the cam will be upgraded soon.

pretty much what cam would I use so that I will get a good performance increase without creating to much overlap.

XH5LWEPN -see his threads,cams have been done many times in v8,start at the back,very interesting reading,or contact crow cams and use the tech system for the right bits and motor specs
