Hey all,
Half pondering doing a v8 conversion to my 4x4 (1996 Triton) and would like to put a Windsor in (probably around EL-AU vintage). At this stage I'm just interested in rough overall dimensions (width, height and length) to see if its even remotely going to fit - and if so I can look further at a wreckers etc.

Any help would be great.

Thanks, Thomas.

Width is listed as 18.75" but I don't know if that's the deck or the widest part of the rocker covers.
Length is 27.5" but again I don't know if that's just the block or inclusive of the water pump.
Height is 20.75 but then different sump and intake configurations affect that.

Last time I looked at a Challenger/Triton engine bay and it does appear to be roomier than that of a 4runner. I say go for it.
