Have any ideas about modifications that can be done to a 1966 falcon excluding the engine

remember, a LOT of falcon parts are interchangeable between the australian falcons and mustangs, not quite sure of what front end parts will suit an XR, but i'll ask a couple of friends who are into mustangs

If i was you,i would built the running gear fuel injected 302 windsor with a under bonnet supercharger,4spd auto with stallie or even a 5spd manual, nine inch.Basically a retro fit.Either restor the inside to original or update it with autometer gauges and no interior trim and seats.I like both ideas.Once all built up would be a everyday cruiser with some punch.

keep it stock dont change a thing make it a sleeper like mine they are left alone most of the time by the cops and when you beat some one by ten car lengths off the lights they sit there with a dumb look on there face... keep it stock looking but work the motor off its face . stay under the radar you will save money not taking coneries of your window every time you give it s**t..
