Take the glove box lid/assembly out. You will see an electrical connector that goes straight into the Fan speed resistor block just below the vacuum connector block. The connector is white/neutral colour with about 4 or 5 wires, the resistor block is black. It has 2 phillips head screws holding it in.
There will be another electrical connector ( brown ) that has 2 wires ( black & red ), this is the power wires for the fan itself.
When you get it out, have a vacuum cleaner handy, and an air blaster to stir up the leaves & crap in there with the nozzle of the vacuum cleaner in there too, to suck out the leaves.

Any E series or XH resistor assy can be used as a replacement if necessary.
