don't go spacer, this is interesting i know that au/ba wheels wont fit on the ea>el cause of preset and since that the XD-XE is the same???(not sure) but no it wont unles you score a au 16 steelie and put it on the front turn the wheel full lock and see if it hits anything i.e guard springs etc

Your safest bet is to get copies of that rim.
You can get copies of the BA xr6 rim and the ba xr8 (or option 18" rim, that you can get in 17" or 18" copies).
If you go genuine your best bet is to get hub adaptors. Stay the hell away from spacers unless you want to be another figure in the road toll.

Dont bother with hubbies or spacers, just go with the replica's cause their cheaper and safer. You can get them from eBay btw

Just for the curious hub adaptors, bolt onto your exsisting hubs. Which gives you basically a new hub.
What this does is allow you to bolt on later model wheels.
If anyone has pics of a hub adaptor post it up.

Do hub adaptors differ from a hub conversion? would that be a legal option? spacers are real illegal right?

hey xf_man, how do your 18's go for clearance? do they go in alright with the correct offset or did you have to pump your guards? do you get shredding of the sidewalls!?

pretty good yep

sometimes they scrape going round a roundabout a bit quicker than normal with a few people in the car

It also depends on how low you go - Im not the biggest fan of ultra lowered cars as 18 inch tyres are expensive and speed humps are a b**ch
