the gem should get u off the line but the xr6 should flog it !
1.4 mile of course and it depends if the gem has had any work done to it

my mates gemini 1600 TE flogged a 180sx sr20 turbo
all he has in his gem is a XF weber carby stage 2 cam extractors and lsd mild port and polish should of seen the guy in the ricers face getting flogged by a gem in the middle of sydney

Tread very carefully mate. There are some freak Gemi's out there.
My brother in-law had a worked 1.6 Gem and f**k that thing flew! It was probably a bit quicker than my old VP of the time... As said, you he may get you off the mark, but you'll catch him and pass him. Just don't go past the speed limit, you loose by default...

My old Gemi had Extractors, Exhaust, a sort of CAI, and advanced the ignition timing a bit.
She didn't go too badly at all, the bloody thing revved out close to 8000rpm it was pretty amusing. I reckon it could have taken an XG, it could beat CFI EA's lol! |

hey mate
if thats all thats done to the gemi you should blow the doors of it. coz a XG has 148Kw standard + id like to think that i could smash a gemi with headers and exhaust and all ive got is exhaust and LSD
