If i was to do some work on my efi xf engine, say a camshaft some headwork and extractors would i have to have my distributor regraphed, is it neccessary.? Thanks .

nah it should be ok you might need to play with the timming a bit but

to get the best from any mods, ignition advance/retard will have to be remapped to suit, but the big problem with XF's is that it's done electronically
