I don't believe either will be easy, but ea motors been done, you most likely will have to redo the trans hump, as they had bloody small trans tunnels, eb still has a dizzy so probably the simpler option.
speedo will be an issue etc. maybe, looking into the xf's came out with t5's did they have cable speedo I'm not sure. sorry can't be to much help but can't remember much of the details.

the ea motor with the centre piont injection is the easiest to do, as the manifold clears the spring towers, with the multi point set up you will need a custom made in let manifold, there are a heap of mods you have to do as well just for it to be legal. like brakes, seatbelt's and the like, it's a good swap but if your not skilled at welding and the like i would not recomend the conversion, but if on the other if you can do a great deal of the work youself then go ahead and do it, if you do decide to go ahead and do the conversion find an engineer and stick with him/her.... i found it really hard just to find an engineer who would even look at the conversion, then found one then he died( poor old fella) then had the task of finding another one only to be told he didnt agrre with the first engineer so everything had to be redone... there are even a couple xm and xp getting round with a turboed barra motor
