Hey guys,
I recently relocated to Victoria, and as a result when I get my plates and have an inspection, all cars need to have ESC. I had a quick look on the internet, but can't find any definitive information - does anyone know if XH (98) have ESC, or how much it is to be fitted? Really don't want to have to go through with this bollucks... Thanks guys, jon |

All new cars need to have ESC. That didnt apply in 98.
The XH might be lucky to have ABS, or an Airbag. They were not required in Commercial Vehicles at that time. Nigel |

My advise Jon, like Nigel said dont worry about ESC, but when you go for your RWC leave a few little things for the inspector to find and fix the big things, that way they will be happy they have found something to pick and if your smart the things will be a relatively cheap and easy process to fix.

Airbag and ABS where optoins.. something my XH was scabed on. cruise is good though. even with the 5speed.
