...I am looking at using forced cold air injection through a Bonnet mounted scoop, but the air flow meter is going to be a pain in the a***! Apparently you can eliminate the air flow meter in a turbo application...just wondering how do you fool the ECU into believing it's still there, or not required?

A few people have managed to interface a BMW airflow meter (which is a more compact unit) with the EEC4. The only other alternative is to use an aftermarket EFI system which uses a MAP sensor rather than airflow meter.

Yeah, you gotta run the damn thing, its required for sure. The only thing i've looked at is yeah changing to a bigger meter for more flow, or even swapping to a map sensor, you can do it via setting up resistors so that the voltages are the same as the old one. Very messy though. Good luck dude.
