Wanting to know if there is any problems with swapping out my original 5 spd manual Xr6 non turbo engine with a same model engine thats from an auto but wanting to keep my Xr6 manual? How do I go about doing this?

pull out either motor or motor & box together [your choice & if ya can leave aircon pump in engine bay ie do not disconnect aircon system] remove wiring loom on original motor & fit to 'new' motor. remove whats needed & swap over ............. refit motor/gearbox & rehook all back up [basic idea]
