This is to help keep the car straight on a cambered road. The more caster you have, the heavier the steering becomes, but gives hi-speed stability. Usually, a falcon with power steering is set up with more caster than one without power assist. Have a look at how much thread is past the end of the front nuts on the caster bars. This will tell you if it has been set up that way.

Done the wheel aligntment at Jax, that took the play and train tacking out of it so it doesnt pull on the road anyomre.
If i got through a round about hard, the left turn part os ok, its when i turn hard right it steers in, than with out turning the wheel it pulls itself hard right, than lets go back to normal.. All the parts are new... have a look http://www.thefordsite.com/steves351.html#anchor_152

I told jax when i went for the alignment about that stuff,
they said no worries we'll fix it. Is there anywhere i can measure from to centre it all up from?

How are the bumpstops????? Smashed??? No travel, no handling.

Rubbers are fine. I put those platforms on for the lowered springs, as to not bottom out the billsteins.
