as i was saying before it all disapered again i am thinking of putting a 350 holley on my xf and i was wondering if you think it would make a noticeabl difference if i use the redline manifold instead of just an adapter on the stock manifoldthanks

and mitch911 i was just wondering if you have any pics of the carby on your car thanks

Hi, don't think you'd have a physical problem with putting the 350 on an XF - ultimately I'd say your big problem is going to be a matter of legality... trying to tell the cops that the holley is standard equipment won't work unless you find a really dumb cop (but they are out there - I read somewhere recently about a cop giving a holden pilot a hard time cos of `the nitrous kit' - which turned out to be the brake booster and lines.....)

But yeah fitting the carb should be as simple as an adapter plate or new manifold...

nope standard pump is fine... i eventually upgraded to a holley blue electric, but this was for nitrous, it runs on about 6psi.. unless youve got big plans standard fuel pump with a 350holley will be fine
