hey all new to this forum and im needing sum advice
i own an 1962 XL Falcon Sedan. at the moment its pretty much a sleeper
but i want to put a v8 under her bonnet

here ar my plans...
4 wheel discs
17 ich wheels
Borg Warner Diff
Airbag supsension
(the abover i no can be fitted except for the 17s but should be a way of gettin them on)
however..
i want to put in a 302 C or W
(which is better and would it be better lookin for a 289W)
and a t5 manual tran

Now the pobs start i think because i dont want to get rid of the bucket seats but want the 5 speed manual. also puttin in the V8 wat else will have to be changed moved etc besides what i have mentioned ie any components to the steering.

does ne1 no know an estimate price for gettin 300+ HP out of the mentioned engines

a way of keeping the bench seat ans the manual would be to take it to an auto upholstere and get him to take a chunk out of the seat in the middle to clear the shifter

5000 will see you past the 300hp mark for sure.
