dude turn that 60's green moonlight off :P nah just kidding

so how is it going with the rust how are you going to attack it with a spatalea and bog :P you going to get it completly airbrushed cause i have heard that is the best way to find rust.

hey bro, that 60's green? That is a mix of a couple a massive a** industrial lights and a painted yellow cabin in da ute lol. It also has a yellow engine bay which im guessin was da original color. For the rust i... well im gettin there lol. i only just got it all stripped out yesterday except da dash. now im thinkin of puttin an au dash or ba or high E series or something in it...massive job. anyway back to the rust lol, as u can see by da roof and floors its a big job and they are the two places i am going to tackle first. Have u got any tips or hints on what my next move shood be? wats this airbrushing ur talking about? should i smash out all the crppy fiberglassing the retard before me did? thanks people for ur help. Ill continue with the pics and updates :)

i would get it bead blasted so it takes out all the crap for you then they undercoat it and then all you have to do is sit there and fix the rust

yer thanks for that froudey. i have a sandblaster at work so i might borrow it and bust out one night lol. the au dash is looking like turning this into an even more massive job so atm i might try and just do the essentials to get it roadworthy and running... then the au dash ;)

yeah i only suggested like sandblasting it cause i whatch a lot of car related shows on austar/foxtel whatever it is in your area. like "american hotrod" "rides" "pimp my ride" and this show on the lifestlye channel couple of old blokes fix up engines and restore old cars any way yeah there was a comment made on American Hotrod like "the best way to find rust is to clean the car and sandblast it"
