hey guys iv bought my self a clean as xe wagon 4.1 4speed on gas, im lookin to beast her up abit but not sure how to go about it atm. i scored some lukey extractors but still got stock exhaurst, found some lowering blocks for the back an looking for a 5speed to put in it but not sure if the 4speed tailshaft will fit or not?? what some things i can do to the engine to get more ponys without a full re-build any help would be great

manifold and bigger carby, exhuast system etc.
Ive got a couple spare manifolds that never made it to my xc if you want.

hey guys been awhile since i checked this lol i now got a EB Tickford motor needs rebuild now i wanna put back to carby an hear its easy has anyone done this or no whats involved in doin so, all so they never made ZL-ZK wagons was thinkin gettin front end an dash to put on the XE is there anythin i should no before hand????

should be a straight bolt job but dont quote me on that also what cars r u drivng now just the xe or do u have a eb now ?

I believe with the XE electronic dizzy & a manifold from Aussie speed, it's not all that hard to convert to carby.

lol i should have clarified what i meant lol i mean the zk-zl front end conversion should be a straight bolt job

yeai still drivin the XE an cheers ay wasnt sure if the front gaurds on zl would line up with the front doors

i know people have put zl front ends on xf utes so should be straight bolt maybe someone can clarify??
