Check for coolant leaks.....put in some radiator flush, and new coolant, plus a new t'stat.
Check for seeds/grass between A/C condencer and radiator too.

check cooling system, does it have coolant???
replace the thermostat
flush the cooling system (reverse flush)
Check the front of the radiator to make sure it isnt blocked,if it is use the garden hose to help loosen and free some of the debre in the fins.Do not use a high pressure hose because you will bend the cooling fins in the radiator.
Also check the tune of your car, like the timing might be out.
Also check the aut oil if it is an auto it might be slipping
Also if its manual could have a slipping clutch
